Duyên is a QR code memory platform. We sell physical QR cards and stickers that businesses attach to gifts and products. When scanned, these cards connect to a digital experience where businesses can share their story, gift givers can leave personal messages, and recipients can save memories.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission, share your credentials, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
Businesses who use dayduyen.tech agree that their profile information is accurate, they are authorized to represent the business they register, and they will not use Duyên to misrepresent their products or services.
Free Tier includes: business profile, dashboard, scan statistics, and promotion push.
Pro Tier (coming soon) will include: self-service QR code generation, unlimited cards, advanced analytics, and custom branding.
When you purchase a Duyên physical product, each QR code is unique and linked to our platform. QR codes are non-transferable once activated to a business. Physical products are non-refundable once the QR code has been activated. Unactivated cards may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition.
You may not use Duyên to upload, share, or transmit content that:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules and to terminate accounts of users who violate them.
Personal messages left by gift givers are intended only for the recipient of that specific physical card. You agree not to share or publish private messages left for you without the consent of the person who wrote them, or use Duyên to send unsolicited messages.
The Duyên name, logo, wordmark (DUYÊN), the 緣 symbol, and platform design are owned by Trinh Dao. You may not use them without written permission.
You own the content you create on Duyên. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it for the purpose of delivering our service. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for advertising.
We aim to keep Duyên available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary downtime, data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or interruptions to third-party services we depend on.
Duyên is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue, or profits, or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@duyen.io
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
We may update these Terms as Duyên grows. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of Duyên after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
